Scott Harward, President and Managing Partner:

Scott Harward is the President and an investor in PilotHSA. Scott brings over 27 years of leadership experience in the software, consulting, and services arena. He has held executive sales positions with firms such as Dun & Bradstreet, Control Data, Brock Control Systems and Westcorp Software. He built sales teams to compete in the evolving CRM and end user computing spaces.

Scott joined Firstlogic, a privately held software firm in 1998 and directed the customer facing organizations responsible for sales, business development, and professional services worldwide. Firstlogic was repositioned from its role as a postal automation company to one that provided data quality software for the enterprise. Firstlogic was sold to Business Objects in 2006 after a successful turn around.

Marc D. Kutter, Managing Partner and Co-Founder:

As an investor and Co-Founder, Marc leads PilotHSA as a Managing Partner along with Scott Harward. Marc's primary focus is on distribution, strategic alliances, product marketing, and closing sales with Financial Institutions, Third Party Administrators, and strategic buyers.

Prior to starting PilotHSA with Phil Manning, Marc served as Vice President of Operations for ProNvest, Inc (acquired by Sungard), an independent money management firm specializing in active investment management of retirement plans. Previously, Mr. Kutter served as Business Team Manager of SCI Companies, an Atlanta based HR outsourcing and services provider.

In addition to his operational and sales experience in consumer directed health care, benefit administration, investment management, and HR outsourcing, Mr. Kutter served in the United States Army. As an Infantry Officer in the United States Army, Mr. Kutter served in the 10th Mountain Division and 82nd Airborne Division in the Middle East, Central America, and the Balkans. Mr. Kutter earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point, New York.

Marc and his wife Jaime reside in Cumming, Georgia with their children Michael, Ashley, and Catherine.

Phil Manning, Vice President of Development:

As Vice President of Development, Phil Manning has the responsibility of architecting and managing the enterprise software solution that empowers Pilot HSA Systems. Previously, Mr. Manning was the Director of Information Technology for ProNvest, Inc. where he designed the back-office enterprise solution for providing money management and support services. Prior to working with ProNvest, Phil worked with the database team for RealSecure 6 at Internet Security Systems. While there, he was the primary designer for the automation schema for that product.
